“We had never been to Costa Rica before so we didn’t know quite what to expect. Take the transportation from the airport. Once we got to the house, it was fabulous. The house is clean, and the staff are second to none. Every meal prepared for us was absolutely delicious. The views are spectacular and we very much enjoyed the infinity pool and the hot tub. The concierge service booked our excursions and arranged for transportation to pick us up at the house. We had 9 people in our group and……

“My family of 6 stayed here last week. The house was absolutely beautiful and Matthew went above and beyond in helping us to make this an amazing vacation. He handled any need we had quickly, helped to organize outings and coordinated chef and grocery deliveries seamlessly, truly the best host you could ask for. “The house was spacious and clean, the kitchen was large and fully equipped. The kingsized bed in the master bedroom was large and comfortable with a great morning and night view. The pool was as advertised: very nice temperature and large enough for a family. The TV worked well with many channels but we did not use it.Eunice, the local property manager, was quickly responsive to text and phone communications.We enjoyed our time at Villa Serenidad immensely.”
