「Beautiful hotel with excellent staff」

「Unfortunately we had no hot water for the stay」

「The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service. 」

「Initial impressions walking into reception was great. Helpful staff. Allowed us to leave our bags with them as we were early. Overall, room was spacious, modern and clean. However, the shower gels, shampoo and conditioner were all over a year pass their expiration date. There was a permanent loud whirring noise which we could not identify the noise of which reception staff were not interested in when raised. It was loud to the point it was difficult to sleep. 「Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstückbuffet. Sehr abwechslungsreich und alles sehr lecker. Zimmer sauber, Bad sauber, könnte man jedoch modernisieren. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.」

「Property was a nice walk to the local beach and restaurants. Pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. Close to shops which is ideal and plenty of free parking around outside. Staff were all polite and helpful when required.」

「Für meine Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen waren der Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft optimal. Das Hotel ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber viele Pluspunkte glichen das wieder aus. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Zimmernachbarn laut reden, versteht man jedes Wort. Also für die Nachtruhe unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.」
