“We enjoyed two fantastic weeks in the villa in Nice in July 2025. Everything was just perfect. Patrick welcomed us at the first day and gave all information about the villa, the closer environment with bakery, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a tram station close to the villa, that brings you directly into the center.The pool area and terrace is really very nice and calm. We very much enjoyed the villa and also Nice as a city.”

“The house is very convenient, located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the highway and 10 minutes from the city center. It is also nice if you are cycling, since you can ride to the hills (e.g. Aspremont) directly from the house. It enjoys from a nice swimming pool and poolside lounge. There are large tables to eat outside (near barbecue and swimming pool) as well as inside. The furniture and decoration is beautiful, exactly as per the photos published in the advertisement.
