Honeymoon

The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever eaten?

It’s was a very nice experience at Auberge Vila Cana. The room , staff, breakfast and security were fine. I appreciate the fact that everywhere you go in the property the security team is always there. I recommend Auberge Vila Cana to anyone who wants to visit the country/ Cape Haïtien. The yard is beautiful, fruits and trees are surrounding the building. They kept the yard clean at all times.

It was hard for them to see my reservation I made on hotel.com. I was almost lose the money.My room wasn’t clean the way he should be , the rooms didn’t have AC during the day . They just give you AC at the beginning of the night and cut it off in the middle of the night. That was terrible I couldn’t sleep at all.but the property is really beautiful and quiet.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was under construction. The A/C only worked for one hour at night so the room was hot. There was no hot water. The refrigerator wasn't working. We discovered later that the outlet is was plugged into didn't work. Half of the lightbulbs needed replacing. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. And, the restaurant only had three items available on the menu.

The property itself is beautiful but the service and staff dont care one bit for the guests. I had to change to a different room for the first 4 days i was there!! 4 different rooms had every issue imaginable! Do not stay here!!

I liked the fresh air. Some of the stuffs where very friendly and helpful. What i didn't like was the pool is close for everyone at 7pm . The employees at the front desk they are miss communication everytime. The pool shouldn't close that early for customers who's inside the hotel . It should close for the public.
