“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“The room was very spacious and clean the beds were very comfortable… Also the young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The outdoor areas where very accessible nice hangout spots and my favorite part was the beverage machine (free) coffee lattes and hot chocolate ”

“The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely……

“I would not stay here for the price I paid, literally have to ask for clean towels and such did not even make our beds once I would rather stay in an airbnb Staff was nice but very low effort in terms of the quality of the service ”

“Check in process was easy other than the fact that your check in information was hidden with your deposit information. It wasn’t sent separately. My stay was a little disappointing because I was promised a few amenities that weren’t in my room. I booked the standard room, same as my friends but my room looked nothing like theirs. I think the hotel was under renovation which was fine, but I should’ve been discounted because what was promised was not given. False advertisement. ”

“The area is very scary and the host just recommended us not to wear any jewelry and keep the car windows closed”
