Perfect!

We had a great trip and this place was wonderful. Super clean, close to restaurants and Cocoa, and completely stocked with all the amenities you need and more. Beach wasn’t as crowded which was nice. Easy check in and great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo on the beach

We have stayed in Royal Mansions 5 times at this point. It is an amazing complex...small and more personal than the high rises. We keep coming back because the pool and hot tub combined with easy beach access can't be beat. The beach is not super crowded in front of the complex, which is also a huge bonus. There is easy access to shopping and restaurants with a short drive. It's close to the port, KSC, and a quick trip to some cool parks like Manatee Cove and Sebastian Inlet. You could also make a quick trip to Orlando without too much stress. The condo itself was super clean and well-decorated. We had plenty of space with 5 people and everything we could possibly need. We will absolutely rent here again and can't wait for our next trip down.

Great location, lovely little condo.

Our door code didn’t work to access our condo, however with a phone-call to the property manager that was rectified easily. The condo was nice, really nice bedding and towels. Clean and modern but also comfy. Communication through the manager through the app was initially good, however after we texted to say the main bathroom sink was plugged (my husband filled it to shave and it wouldn’t drain away) we never got a reply. So we had no main bathroom sink for most of the trip. Otherwise it was nice. Beautiful beach, nice warm pool.
