Ocean views in each bedroom and a lovely balcony with a view of the waves - there's plenty to enjoy in this beach condo! Nautical decor and modern tile and wood-style flooring set the tone for this family-friendly space. Don't worry, there's central air conditioning to help keep everyone cool and comfortable. A ceiling fan and TV in each bedroom will help everyone relax on their own terms. When you're coming back from the beach (which really is as close as it looks!), just stick the sandy towels in the private washer/dryer and start relaxing. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub and a heated, outdoor pool during their stay.

What's nearby:
Walk to the beach, and enjoy the miles of jewel-tone ocean in both directions. Get a great look of the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower, just under two miles away. Not far from the Tower is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many options from Port Canaveral just over two miles from the condo. The Manatee Sanctuary Park (one-and-a-half miles from the condo) provides a lovely retreat and a chance to view one of Florida's most protected animals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not what we expected

We had a rough night the first night bugs invaded the kitchen floor. Cockroaches ants spiders. We had gone to take a shower and one of the showers was leaking everywhere like crazy. Great location great spot.

Perfect location and view, run down unit

The view and location of this condo were perfect for our family. Unfortunately the condo was not ready for our rental. All the blankets had been removed from the unit and the pillow cases were dirty. We were missing towels and the advertised pool was closed for the winter with chairs and orange cones blocking both entrances. We contacted Vacasa right away about issues and the response was a ticket had been started. After 3 days the response was the same. The local Vacasa team never responded or delivered the requested linens. We went to the local superstore and purchased, blankets, pillows, towels, pillow cases, and soap for the unit. The slider door off the living room does not lock, and the dish washer is not working properly. The master bathroom had bags of trash in the cabinet from the last guests. Only 3 of the four beach chairs are usable and the beach closet was full of trash from the last guests. This condo has the potential to be amazing. I feel it is poorly managed.

Pool wasn’t cleaned for days, the hot tub didn’t work. I had to clean up, strip the beds, start the dishwasher and take the trash out. It ran much better when it was owned by Royal Mansions. We have been coming here since 1996!

Oceanside Vacation

Amazing views. Condo needs major updating. The kitchen cookware, utensils, etc are old. Two flights of steps just to get to the first of two floors in the condo. TV cable is minimal and not user friendly. The condo grounds were clean and quiet. Probably would not rent this one again unless it has a major interior update.

What a great place to view the Artemis I launch. The beach front property was illuminated as if daytime. The condo was quite comfortable and as described. The unit was well maintained and clean. Only downside was lot’s of stairs.

Took me three attempts to contact management for pool and beach access code. Need better way to contact management where they respond timely and access code should be in condo. Otherwise a wonderful condo. Advertisement of this condo is accurate. Would rent again.

Location can't be beat!

We stayed in this unit for January and February 2022. The location is perfect--the bedrooms and balcony have a direct ocean view and there is a short walkway over the dunes to a beach that is not crowded. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the cruise ships sail from Port Canaveral. It was also great to walk north to Jetty Park or south to Cocoa Beach. The kitchen was well equipped even for a lengthy stay. The pool and hot tub are close by. As others have mentioned, the stairs would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The only negatives are the condition of the washer/dryer and kitchen appliances, but that would not stop us from wanting to stay there again.

Needs work, 5 star potential.

We stayed here for a week while our son attended space camp at KSC. It was a perfect location for having to drive to KSC 2 x per day while having a beautiful beach front property. The condo is beautiful and a great space. The problems we had was that the guests before us clogged/broke the garbage disposal. This made it incredibly hard to use the sink and caused the dishwasher to flood leak into the kitchen. The property manager did not provide resolution during our stay, but we're nice to talk too. We were also not given the codes for access to the pool or beach gates, even when calling vacasa. Luckily we obtained the beach gate code from the people performing maintenance. The owner needs to provide property manager with better details so renters have all the information they need. Also note that the trash cans are small and there are no additional trash bags provided. Renter will need to provide additional trash bags and laundry soap. Property hot tub and pool where not maintained during our visit to where we felt comfortable using. If improvements were made we would stay here every summer.

Property had couple of problems (one being a clogged kitchen sink upon arrival). Property manager could not get it fixed during our 4 night stay. Poor communication, no follow through in promises of repair. Very dissatisfied with management company and will not use them in the future

5th time at Royal Mansions, 1st time in this condo. Great views, dirty condo. Floors, counters, outside of refrigerator. Had to clean ALL sinks before we could use them. Dishwasher backs up into sink when in use. Garbage disposal does not work. Tiny bugs all over the counters. Moldy shower curtain, moldy washing machine. The smells from both bathrooms was horrible, it never went away. Hot tub is green. No codes left for us to access pool or beach. Access gates are hit or miss on working. Our daughter could not get our of the pool area for 15 min and we were stuck on the beach walkway for 20 min trying to get back off the beach. This happened multiple times daily. No phone numbers to let maintenance know of issues. Office is permanently closed. We paid over $1800 for a week and feel ripped off. I would recommend staying some place else.

Great Views

Property was clean. Great views of the ocean from all rooms. Nice porch with stunning sun up view. Good size pool that wasn't crowded when we stayed. Condo has everything you could want on need. Will stay again!!

Would rent again, just wished it was cleaner. There were no instructions on where to take the trash, how to get through the pool gate or the gate to the beach. Hot tub needs cleaned very badly! Overall very nice unit with a fantastic view.
