This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is lovingly managed and maintained by the owners. The upstairs loft master bedroom has a queen bed. The lower-level bedroom has 2 twin beds. Kitchen appointed with everything you need to cook and eat your meals. Washer and dryer. A 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to gorgeous Cape Canaveral Beach. Enjoy free parking and bathrooms at beautiful Cherie Down Park. 1 mile from Jetty Park, 2 miles from Cocoa Beach Pier. Watch a launch from the front driveway or head to the beach or Jetty Park Pier for a spectacular front-row view. 1 block from a grocery and produce market. Within 1-2 miles of many restaurants. Expect a clean, comfortable stay with everything you need to relax and soak up the sun, space and sea.

Excellent!

I really enjoyed my stay here, it's close to Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and all the things the area has to offer. The host is great at communicating anytime I had a question. The home is tidy and has ample space for a small family. It also has a very beachy vibe, which is great!

Nice accommodation

We liked our two-month stay at this clean home which is conveniently located. Ideal for walking or biking on the quiet streets surrounding this location. Also, the proximity of Cherie Down park with its free parking is very convenient for beach goers.The host provided plenty of toiletries, towels etc to last for the entire duration. Highly recommended
