Escape from winter!

The house was very nice, easily accommodated 3 couples traveling together. Great location, near restaurants and stores. Pool was great, as well as lake views from the patio. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway

My friends and I have been coming to the Ft Myers Beach area for many years during October/November for an annual baseball tournament. We had been renting on Ft Myers Beach but unfortunately that was wiped out in the hurricane. I believe we have found our new place to stay as it was conveniently located, had many amenities, and the service and response for the minor items we had questions on were answered with dispatch. Would totally recommend staying at this house.

The place was nice. We enjoy an electric heated pool over a solar heated. And the hot tub was separate. It set 2 people comfortably. And was not happy with a charge stating grill was not cleaned. We have been going to Florida for years and have never been charged for grill not being clean. So be sure to take a picture before you use it. Would not stay there again.

Decent property in nice location but needs some improvements

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with most of the things you will need nearby. Robert and Tanya were easy to work with and very responsive. The hot tub was great and we loved the water view. Two main issues we had were the solar pool heater and poor lighting in the kitchen/living area. Unless to sun is out and it gets up to 75-80 ambient temp, do not expect the pool to be very warm (over 80.) They really need to upgrade the heater to gas or at minimun a heat pump. The furniture (which is not the most comfortable for watching a two hour movie) could be laid out much more efficiently. The dining area and living room should be swapped. There is a huge amount of wasted space in the foyer/entry area which would allow for much more practical use of space. If these items were fixed we would stay here again. We have been renting from VRBO for many years. I write accurate and honest reviews in the hopes that everyone can gain something useful from them.

Relaxation and Restoration

This property was perfect for relaxation and restoration. The pool was very private and well-maintained. King bed was comfortable. Master bath was well-appointed kitchen was recently renovated and had everything we needed. Communication with the manager was excellent and probably one of the best parts of this experience. We will be returning to this property.

Das Haus war richtig schön und gepflegt. Meine Kunden hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Ganz toll fanden die Kunden den Blick auf den Kanal und haben den Sonnenaufgang/ Sonnenuntergang genossen. Das Haus werde ich wieder buchen und wollte auch auf diese Weise nochmal Danke an das property Management „vacation in Florida“ sagen. Ganz toller Service und zu 100% zuverlässig. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
