Perfect house & location.paid for heated pool which never got over 78 degrees. We bought pool thermometer. They came and tried but no success. Had hard rain which causes worms and small ants which they sprayed for. Hoping for refund on heating f

Convenient location

A bunch of us were in town to play in a baseball tournament. The house was about 20 minutes from the ballpark and in a great location where lots of activities were close by. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed Time

Rental was adequate for our stay, however the property is dated and due to the time of year the fishing was not good. Had issues with getting pool heated. Overall the house worked for our family gathering and was close to lots of shopping and beaches.

Nice place to stay.

It was a nice house. We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The microwave worked intermittently in the beginning and not at all by the time we left.

Great vacation house

The house was beautiful and the family had a great time! The only issue was having to call customer service a few times for maintenance to look at the AC, which wasn't working properly.

Lotus cove review. Cape coral

Everything was great. Only 2 things to mention. The pool was not working properly and was disappointed in our ability to use it. The other was that the showers were noted to have hair in them when we arrived. The home is absolutely beautiful and we greatly enjoyed it. Crystal and a gentleman I can’t remember his name began with a J. Went over and beyond on trying to make up for the pool issue. They were outstanding employees and the company should be proud to have such great employees!!!

Family vacation home

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for the children to play. The swimming pool was beautiful and the entire family enjoyed swimming after a day at the beach. The house is well stocked for cooking family dinners. I will definitely stay here again.

2910 SE 15th Pl -- A FEW ISSUES

We paid for a heated pool but the water was NOT very warm!! We tried to get permission to drop off suitcases a little early so we could pickup other family members at the airport but the owners would not cooperate. We feel we deserve a credit for the additional charges for pool heating since it was not very warm.

Gorgeous home....BUT...

This is an amazing property. There were plenty of amenities for eight people to live comfortably. Unfortunately, the upkeep (maintenance) leaves a lot to be desired. The pool was in heated and not working despite paying in advance for heating. The air conditioning and the thermostat wasn’t working (eventually fixed several days into the week’s stay). TV in the master bedroom was laying face down on the dresser upon arrival. The company was somewhat responsive, but it was not the ideal, no worry vacation. Again, the house was beautiful- it just needs a better company promoting and taking care of it.

Family Fun!

What a fabulous time we had! We saw manatees in the canal, iguanas in the backyard and tons of beautiful sunsets. We were in town for a baseball tournament and your house was in a great location to get to all the parks in less than 30 minutes. The drive to the public beaches wasn’t bad at all! Thanks for sharing your home with my family!

Perfect week away

Such a beautiful house! Had everything we needed- great open layout with plenty of room for everyone. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock every morning. Just about 20 minutes from the beautiful Ft Myers beach... Only note would be- pay for the pool to be heated! With it being in the shade, it was too chilly for us to really enjoy. But besides that, the managers were great and so was our trip. Thank you so much!
