Fantastic House

This house was so great! So much space for my family of 5. Both living rooms have sofa beds which wasn't listed in the description so the kids were pleasantly surprised no one had to share beds. L shaped house all opens up to the pool with walls that disappear giving a great pool/canal vibe when it's not too hot outside. Make note that you are paying the electrical bill during your stay. Kitchen window looking out at the pool also has window opening up to the pool making it super easy to keep an eye on kids in the pool and to collect dishes from every meal we ate on the patio. Also note there is a grill but if you use it, $50 cleaning fee unless you clean it yourself. This canal does open up to the main channel so it was fun to see the various boats passing, although it was not heavy traffic, just the perfect amount to know you're staying ON THE WATER, loved it! Also made it very easy to rent a boat and drive it on the water to the house to pack up for a day on the water. Very quiet neighborhood, about 25 min from major destinations so not too far for great day trips. Wal-Mart and Publix also very close for convenience. Brigette was also very nice helping with any questions and made for very easy check in and check out. Overall, great house, great stay, my kids and husband commented throughout the week how thankful they were I found this house.

Great place to get away from all the hustle

The home is big, very clean, the back yard with the pool is very nice and peaceful. The neighborhood is ok . We loved sitting in the back watching the boats.

Beautiful Getaway !

The place was exceptionally clean and a great location . Everything we needed was close by , and a friendly place to take morning walks . We traveled for vacation and booked this house and it was absouletly beautiful the check in process was simple and easy and and the house had everything we needed pool was nice house was right on the canal we did alot of fishing . i would highly recommend anyone looking to go to Florida consider staying here as it was top notch

Great house for family vacation.

House was great, well stocked kitchen. Pool worked well, but was constant effort to keep clean even though it is all screens in. All in all the house is great and so was the property management.
