This property has been completely remodeled in 2023 including new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture and much more. This home also includes beach chairs and beach umbrella so that you may enjoy the local Yacht Club Beach which is only a 10 minute bike ride away!
The owner does have 2 bikes in the garage that may be used by guests but are not included as part of the rental

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation. If no electric charge was included, it will be charged at $0.18/kwh with $25/week free allowance based on actual usage.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 10:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available but require prior approval by Agent.
