Casa Elena is a brand new, gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, Cape Coral vacation home with EVERYTRHING you need for a successful vacation. Located on a gorgeous fresh water canal. Enjoy the view over the water from the spacious dock or take one of the kayaks and explore the wildlife ON the water. The villa offers spacious pool area with multiple seating and lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen and heated pool. The lanai area has perfect southeast exposure so that you can enjoy the Florida sun with your morning coffee BUT also ALL day long.

When you step into this home, you're greeted by the gorgeous light and bright living area, open floor plan with a spacious living room, a gorgeous kitchen with a spacious kitchen island and a dining area overlooking the pool.

All the bedrooms have TVs and spacious closet space.

The garage is climate controlled and made into a super fun game room with all the games you can think of and it even has a fun fridge.

Tolles Haus !!! Alles stimmig, modern und stylisch. Super OutdoorKüche. Das Spielzimmer war top. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Florida, aber das war das mit Abstand schönste Haus mit Pool. Ein Mini-Minuspunkt ist die fehlende Tür zum WC-Bereich im Hauptschlafzimmer. Eine Glastür dort wäre toll. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
