PERFECTION

The Title for this review is perfection, because it is a perfect place to spend your get away. It is appointed with every thing you might need for your stay, from games, to bikes, to kayaks to, a kitchen that has everything you need for cooking. The house is very comfortably appointed. A place for everyone to get together. They pool is lovely, and heated if needed. If you have any questions or concerns they get back to you promptly.

Wonderful location and very clean

Our family of 6 loved this house! It was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and I have high cleanliness expectations. We loved the pool and hot tub, and the view of the water was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous rental we had so much fun! Plenty of room for everyone, the sunset view across the lake from the pool was amazing. Can’t wait to stay here again. Great neighborhood and close to all the good restaurants!

Cape Coral Florida in Early February

Very clean, comfortable, and functional property. Lanai and pool were great. Restaurants in the area are awesome. Fort Myers Beach is a nice white sand beach. Highly recommend going to SunHarvest Citrus early in your stay and stocking up on fruit, juice, and snacks. It was very pleasant to walk around the subdivisions. Visit the dog park one block away and watch the dogs play. The property managers (iTrip) were very responsive. Restaurant recommendations include Doc Ford's, Two Meatballs in the Kitchen, Ford's Garage, Yucatan Beach Stand, Blue Dog, Pincher's, and Bahama Breeze. Avoid the crowds and get to the restaurants early (no later than 5pm). We have used VRBO 2 to 3 times per year for the last dozen years or so. This is easily one of the top 5 rentals we have ever stayed at. (I would say number 2 after the property in Hawaii).

Perfect Getaway

This home was absolutely stunning. The clean interior with that coastal touch was exactly what we hoped for when first booking our flights. The heated pool/spa right on the water was perfect for watching football on the outdoor tv. Highly recommend this home

The nicest place we’ve ever stayed!

We are retired and travel often. Vacation rental houses are our usual choice of accommodations. After staying in many homes, my husband and I agreed this was our favorite. So clean and beautiful inside and out!

Great family get-a-way

Our family of six was very comfortable in this home. Everything was new and updated and clean. We enjoyed the pool and kayaks. When we had issues with the internet, they were very responsive and resolved it for us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, great vacation!

The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for our group during evenings after the beach. I had never rented through VRBO and was skeptical that the property wouldn’t look as good as the pictures, but it did! There were a couple of minor wear-and-tear issues like broken drawers, a bike that didn’t work, and the hot tub controls didn’t work, but overall an incredible property and would definitely rent it again.

Amazing Location and House

Just book it, it’s a great house with an even greater location! You won’t be disappointed. The pool was perfection and there were minimal bugs. Gazing out at the water never got old. The property manager was super attentive and everything went very smoothly. We will definitely book again if we are staying in the area.

High-End Contemporary Property that has it all!

This property has it all! Every detail and amenity covered. Very clean, very contemporary. We originally had so many plans but canceled many of them and stayed pool side. Would highly recommend. My family already wants to not only return to Cape Coral, but this very same home!

Exceptional Property

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The owners have thought of everything, including providing bikes and kayaks. The home is exceptionally remodeled and just beautiful The photos don't do it justice. The location is quiet and peaceful and it's like you are staying right on the water. You are in close proximity to bars and restaurants but you never have to leave the home. This was our first visit to Cape Coral and we can't wait to rent this home again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Property was as advertised. Clean and updated. Pool was great. Hot tub was nice too. Master bath and shower was amazing. Beds comfy. Plenty of tv’s for 5 of us. Location to Marina and restaurants was optimal. Only complaint was lake/dock/outside the screened in area was buggy. Mosquitoes and biting gnats were thick. But inside and pool screened area were no issues.

Do Not Hesitate to Choose

This home is fantastic! It has everything you could want or need. We swam, lay in the sun, ate, fished, played games, and watched movies. If you feel the need to leave the house there is plenty to do in the area (although not as much as there used to be, due to hurricane Ian)

The property was ideally located as a base for us to travel down to Naples, Marco Island etc. It was well presented generally but the decor felt a bit tired in places. There were tiny ants on the kitchen work top which I suppose is to be expected in the climate and the windows were very dirty both inside and out. A fan in the main sitting area fell out of the ceiling, suspended by its wires and therefore could not be used. I emailed SWPoperations about this but didn’t receive a reply.

Nicest House We Have Ever Stayed In

This house was perfect for a married couple and a brother-in-law. We had plenty of space to spread out, the lanai was so nice with the table and extra furniture. When we weren't in the pool, we spent most of our time there. Pool temperature was just right, and because of the tv on the lanai, I was able to do my water aerobics. The house had everything we needed, kitchen was well supplied. If I can pick at anything, some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. The views from the windows were so nice, the neighborhood is very nice, and best of all, it was so quiet and tranquil. We never heard a peep from any of the neighbors, which was especially nice for us, we live on a busy street. Rotary Park is right down the street, we attended some programs there, it is within walking distance. We had a little trouble with the spa, we called, and someone came right out. I highly recommend this house!
