★ POOL HEATING ★

During the cooler months (Nov-April) there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm, please keep in mind that during the winter (Nov-April) the temps can range from 80-85 depending on outside temps and be over 90 in the summer



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. If smoking evidence is found during your stay, your stay will be canceled and you will be removed from the property, no questions asked.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
