Comfortable Stay at Flip Flops

The property fit out needs quite well. The house has an open and bright feel, pool and deck were very clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet and ideal for walking our dogs. Our hosts were responsive to questions and requests for supplies, notably, a new coffee maker to replace a defective one, a new mattress cover to replace a soiled one in the master bedroom, and new hand towels. It was nice to be able to keep our car in the garage.There are a few knocks. Starting kitchen supplies were a bare minimum. Cooking utensils were sometimes not adequate. There were few containers for long-term refrigerator storage. The garage bin is so dirty that trash stuck to the bottom of the bin when the crews emptied it.We would rent here again if we return to the area.

Pleasant, quiet stay

This home was just as described. It's a quiet neighborhood that's perfect for walking or biking. The pool was clean and sparkling and the property management team was very responsive. A giant perk is that they do allow dogs and the backyard is fenced up to the water's edge.

Cape Coral Hime

The house was beautiful. Quality furnishings. Some issues that were not a big problem to us but maybe for a family with children. The sliding door from home to pool area did not lock, appeared no locking mechanism at all. Many of the cords on the blinds were broke so we were unable to lift some of these showing the pool view. Carpets in dire need of cleaning. The house was very clean but many, many stains on the carpet. Be prepared to shop for basics; toilet paper, paper towel, detergents, etc. I would have given 4.75 stars but that option was not available.
