Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Visible mold on wall of closet. Water Leak in Garage Ceiling. Pool Heat was not on at arrival and was not properly heated until the 4th day of stay. HOST WAS UNRESPONSIVE. We would have left the property, but we didn't experience the water leak and find the mold until the day before our departure. We tried our best to deal with the pool issues. I absolutely would NOT rent from this property management company.
