Centrally located in Cape Coral, within 25 minutes to the beach. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this adorable property offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Primary bedroom has an Ensuite bath, dual vanities, walk in shower and large walk in closet as well as sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. Outdoor TV so you never miss a game while the kids splash in the pool. Family meals are a breeze with a large table indoors in the open concept living room. Fun coffee bar and the kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar that looks out to the pool. 2 outdoor tables and lounge chairs for sunning on the lanai. This home sits on a fresh water canal where guests can enjoy their morning coffee, or sip cocktails on the dock, throw in a rod and reel for your catch of the day. Es war unser zweiter Besuch in dieser Location. Grundsätzlich, ein schöner Platz zum erholen. Vielleicht sollte man überlegen, den Masterbedroom und Masterbathroom durch eine Tür zu teilen. Dieser offene Bereich ist in manchen Situationen nicht immer schön.Hier und da müsste auch etwas renoviert werden.
