Well appointed, stylish open concept home was perfect to share with my friends and family. Wake up to the sunrise, swim in the afternoon sun, and retreat to the shade at 4pm. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed the property so much that I booked it for next year!

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. Our house was beautiful and we enjoyed our morning swims after morning walks. Our only issue was the hot water was not as hot as we like it, otherwise we look forward to returning in the future !

This was a excellent house. The infinity pool was large and heated. Since we stayed in January the heated pool was a must. We had cold weather (for Florida) and it rained frequently the heated pool was perfect. Large living area and TV. Well equipted kitchen. Great TV selection. Even got all the football playoff games.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood

The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. About an hour drive to Sanibel, Captiva and Bonita Spring beaches. Close to Ft Meyers. Check-in was easy. No issues. My son loved the heated. pool and access to the intercostal canal. The outdoor kitchen and dining area was very nice. Three chaise lounges to soak up the sun. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and kitchen utensils. Plenty of pool floats, beach chairs, beach towels and bikes. We will stay here again

Clean house’

We absolutely adored everything about this home. The kids LOVED the pool and pen concept of the home. The only thing that we are hung up on, is that the house sleeps 6, as do many of the other homes this company owns, yet they charge $20 a person, per night if there are more than 4 people. This just seems absurd- and has us debating if we will go through this company again. Other than that, it was a great stay. If not for that extra charge, we would have already booked for next summer!

Visiting 94 yr old grandpa!

We enjoyed the layout of the bedrooms and open floor plan to the pool deck. However the property Directly across the canal is an unmaintained lot. The pool was great, but the outdoor kitchen appliances are old (empty propane tank upon arrival); indoor appliances need upgrading including repair of the broken ice maker. We saw bugs in kitchen nightly especially near dishwasher and stove. The linens and towels require a refresh to be considered luxury-W/D perfect! Our family enjoyed the visit with grandpa despite the issues encountered.

great stay at the villa

We had a great stay. We had no personal contact to the proberty manager when leaving and did not get any answer to our mail by now. Villa was clean but seemed it was cleaned not the same day we arrived. The pool was very nice and warm but there was a palmleaf in it which seemed to be there longer then just from the morning. At other villas we had there was at least once a week a pool cleaner on spot to check the water and cleaning the pool. Also we found a sharp blade next to the pool which could be dangerours if we had been standing on it. We did put it next to the remote control unit at the kitchen. Over all the villa is great and we loved to stay there. Very nice arranged and nothing was missing.

Relax in the pool for NYE

We really enjoyed our Christmas/NY stay. The pool is heated & very relaxing. We even had a manatee swim past in the canal! The kitchen is very spacious & has everything we needed for charcuterie & football to steak & seafood for the holiday. I was very disappointed to find the outdoor kitchen featured in the property details was not operational. It was one of the reasons we chose the house. Maintenance had to address a couple of issues with blinds & lights not working, but did so efficiently & communicated. There was plenty of room for us and our dogs & their crates. The yard is not fenced from the canal side. We set up a portable fence to block that area. We were close to restaurants & a great seafood market. Sanibel & Ft Meyers are just a short drive & worth the visit. Overall, it was a great stay,

Wonderful get away in March.

Wonderful get away in March. Kids loved the infinity pool and swam every day. Plenty of sunshine in the afternoon by the pool. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, no loud neighbors. Streets are not very busy and drivers are curious and cautious of the kids playing outside.

Our only complaint was there is no cleaning supplies in the house. Most airbnbs we stay in also provide enough toilet paper and garbage bags for the guests. Here we were provided one extra garbage bag and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You can do better. N/A

My son and I stayed at one of many beautiful vacation rentals through Vesteva Rentals called, Silhouette last week and to our surprise it was so much better in person, the pictures don't do the property justice! The home is very beautiful and I must mention that the house cleaning was immaculate. Eva helped me with the rental process and it went so smoothly, she is such a wonderful and professional person who really cares. Steffan also was very helpful when I had a couple questions, he was very prompt. We have been going to Cape Coral and surrounding areas for a very long time and we have only used Vesteva Rentals as we are always very pleased with their customer service as well as their beautiful vacation homes. We had so much fun there that we did not want to leave. Thank you Vesteva! Vesteva Rentals is amazing, Eva, and Steffan are great to work with.

Highly recommend this property!

The house and the pool area are amazing!!! The house is an open floor plan and very spacious! The house was impeccably clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked-only thing missing was a blender. The beds were very comfortable! The listing states 1 king and 2 queen beds but there is actually 2 kings and 1 queen. The beaches of Sanibel are a bit of a distance but not a bad drive to get to. Restaurants and grocery stores are very close. One draw back is getting charged for electricity. We were there during the winter, barely ran the air and keep lights off except at night and even then we just used the lamps and we had to pay $105 extra for the week. However, I highly recommend this property.
