The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. The house is very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The house is close to downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend to a friend!

Beautiful Oasis

We loved the surrounding neighborhood, and the weekend farmers market. Great selection of restaurants, shops and nightlife. The house was comfortable and well stocked with all the tools for cooking (which we love to do). The best part of our stay was the private pool and attached heated jet pool. We had a few small issues, but they were addressed promptly. We would love to come back again next year!

Great pool and house

We had a great trip. Only a couple of recommendations. The mgt company incorrectly told us pool heater would stay on all night. Local mgr got ahold of owner and they made accommodations though. Only other thing was not having access to thermostat, however once I called Vacasa (their text system didn’t get a response), they asked owner to change it and they did. Master shower did back up after many days of rain, and it’s level with floor so I had to clean up water after showers. But street was literally flooded during this period so it might be related. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool. Definitely would stay again!

Cute, clean house in quiet neighborhood

We needed a home nearby my parents where additional family can stay over the holidays. With 4 bedrooms and a nice kitchen and roomy family room, it worked well for us. Pros: quiet street, lovely outside seating and lanai, everything seemed new and renovated. Cons: No control of temp of pool or hot tub (hot tub was always warm, never hot) no ability to turn on jets or adjust heat, even if you paid for it (you have to pre-arrange with owner when you want the jets on). Therefore, I don’t recommend this property if you want to be spontaneous with the hot tub or like a very warm pool. All lights outside in pool and hot tub turn off at 10pm with no way to turn back on. No beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. I was grateful we had family nearby to borrow from. I was also grateful my family had a pool and hot tub that was warmer and we could adjust.

The house is great butto

Not being able to open the garage door was also a pain the house is very nice but not having control of the pool and that thermostat it's a it's a big negative I love the house but I would never come back under those conditions
