Other Things to Note:

✅ Waterfront + pool safety: This is a waterfront home with a private pool — please supervise children near water at all times. No lifeguard on duty.

✅ Pool heating: Water temperature can change depending on weather.

🔥 Pool heating is available for an additional fee:



Stays of 1–3 nights: $50 total



Stays of 4+ nights: $50 base + $10 per additional night after the 3rd night

(Example: 4 nights = $60 | 7 nights = $90)



Once enabled, the pool heater stays ON for the entire reservation.



✅ Kayaks: Provided for guest enjoyment. Use at your own risk and follow local conditions/weather; life jackets are included.

✅ Fishing/boating: Gulf-access canals are affected by tides and seasonal conditions—plan accordingly.

✅ Streaming/Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is provided, but like anywhere in Florida, occasional outages can happen due to area service interruptions.

✅ Professional cleaning: The home is cleaned between stays—if anything is missed, tell us ASAP so we can correct it.

🧒 Pool and water safety require supervision — especially for kids
