Winter Getaway

Loved this house. When we arrived the house was very clean! Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well supplied with eating and cooking utensils, plates, drinking glasses, cups, pots, pans and bowls. The heated pool was wonderful. Neighborhood is clean, and friendly. We were very comfortable taking walks in the afternoon. Plenty of big fluffy bath towels, and kitchen towels. Close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home with many amenities!

The home was beautifully updated and had plenty of sleeping rooms for 3 adults to have privacy. Very clean! Loved the pool area and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The only problem we had was trying to start the grill. We finally got it started and it didn’t stay lit, but it was a windy day and likely that was the issue. We didn’t try to use it after that. Would stay again if we vacation in that area again.

Gorgeous home and lovely location

The home is brand new! We absolutely loved the spacious indoor and outdoor space. We spent the majority of our week outside, in or by the pool. The outside seating was perfect for morning coffee, and our meals. This was perfect for our group!

Lovely Cape Coral Visit

We had a great stay. Everything was new and clean. Kitchen has all that you need and we loved the open floor plan. The heated pool and outdoor area is a perfect relaxation spot. Bedrooms are very comfortable and bathrooms stocked with towels and basic items. Nice neighborhood for morning walks. We also enjoyed the nearby Palmetto-Pine Country Club and Farmer Joes Market.

Villa adequate

The villa was well appointed but we had to ask for help with a couple of things from the property manager which were addressed promptly. The house smelt unpleasantly of drains when we arrived, probably due to the length of time it had been vacant? I wait to see what the electricity costs are. Despite asking for the actual rate per kw/h we were not provided with this info. This leaves us not knowing if we are being charged the actual cost or not. That aside we had a great stay.

Wir haben im Juli 2024 als Familie zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Apollo verleben dürfen und unser Zuhause auf Zeit sehr genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und die Ausstattung für einen sonnigen Strandtag war in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, ebenso wie viele Spiele und Bücher für jede Altersklasse. Für unbeschwerte Ferien in Florida können wir die Villa Apollo unbedingt weiterempfehlen und wünschen allen zukünftigen Gästen dort ebenfalls eine tolle Zeit. Die Ansprechpartner von Vacation in Florida waren immer erreichbar und haben sich sehr freundlich und engagiert um unsere Belange gekümmert und hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen geben können. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir haben 4 perfekte Wochen in der Villa Apollo verbracht. Das Haus hat 3 tolle Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schlafcouch. Im Außenbereich gab es eine Lounge Ecke und einen TV. Abends haben wir im Pool gelegen und Serien geschaut :-) Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zur Abreise perfekt. Ich kann dieses Haus 100% weiterempfehlen.

This place rocks!

As soon as we walked through the front door, we knew we were going to have a good time. This house smelled so clean and fresh. It is a newer, modern, well equipped home. Pool was super nice, patio/lanai was awesome, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Management was great and I felt like they wanted to ensure we had everything we needed.
