VILLA AVIVA - modern, boat-lift, large south-facing terrace with spa/pool

Our "Villa Aviva" is located on a south facing property in a quiet location in the southwest of Cape Coral - right on a canal with connection to the Gulf of Mexico. By boat you are in about 50 minutes at the lock at the marina. In total, Cape Coral offers 400 miles (640 km) of waterways and canals. If you are interested in renting a boat, we can provide contacts to boat rental companies. Our home has a boatdeck and -lift.
On a floor space of 186 m² (2009 sqft), with large living / dining area and integrated kitchen, a study, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large pool area of about 1400 sqft with a saltwater pool which can be heated, Sunledge and SPA – with a screen across the full width of the house - and a large lanai of 25 m² (267 sq. ft.), our "Villa Aviva" offers generosity and luxury for up to 6 people.
Built in modern style, furnished to a high standard and equipped with every comfort, you will find in our villa everything you need for a relaxed vacation - including a feel-good atmosphere.
The three bedrooms are all laid out with laminate – all other rooms are tiled. Of course, the whole house is fully air-conditioned and has cable TV and free Wi-Fi.
Electricity for up to US $ 25 per week is included – additional consumption will be charged with US $ 0.15 per kW/h. Further, not included is the final cleaning fee of US $ 175. All has to be paid in cash at check-out directly to our property manager in Cape Coral.
Shopping for things of daily needs can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
The nearest international airport is Fort Myers and is approximately 30 minutes away.
