The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up culinary delights after a day of adventure, while the lush bedrooms invite you to indulge in a restful night's sleep.
702 on Strand is just minutes away from the iconic Table Mountain, the world-renowned Camps Bay and Clifton beaches, the V&A Waterfront, and the CBD's extraordinary restaurants and galleries. Immerse yourself in the cultural heart of Cape Town as you explore the historical Bo-Kaap, a National Heritage Site that is home to the oldest surviving residential neighborhood in the city. This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. Taxis and Uber also readily service this area. If you do decide to hire a car there is secure underground parking dedicated to the apartment.

Currently only the registered guests on the booking are permitted access to the building and the relevant apartment that they are occupying, the building has instituted a no visitor policy - May 2024

A member of our team will meet you at the reception desk for your check-in on-boarding to begin. Once all guests who are staying at the unit are loaded on the building's system and you will be taken up to the apartment and shown around the unit. Our Guest Relations team are available 24/7 for any emergencies or queries.
