Great but needs better service

Fantastik! I thought that theycouldhsve provided clearing 1-2 times plus fresh sheets and towels when a guest is there for 11 nights. The welcome was not very professional either.

Studio with a view

A really nice airy studio about 15 mins walk from the V&A waterfront with lovely sea views and all the mod cons you need in the kitchen and secure parking. Only slight issue was the lack of air con on the hotter day.

Nice flat with an ok location

When we got there it was quite dirty and a few things broken, amongst one thing one of the big blinders. When mentioned to the owner they quickly dispatched a cleaning team and exchanged the broken things in the kitchen, but never fixed the blinder. That meant a week with one of the middle blinders down all the time and no 100% seaview. Also no breakfast to be heard of. If that is Hotels.com who is marketing it wrong, I don't know. All in all, this is a good spot if it's clean, and everything is working. Just make sure you have a car (garage is good) because you'll need it even if you plan to eat out all the time. There's not much going on in the 20min walking distance around the flat even though it's on the beach front. And no, you can't swim from the beach right in front of the apartment.

Good room with a great view

Nicely appointed place with a good size bathroom and good kitchen, and an amazing view! The only downside was that the room is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Exklusives Appartement in Sea-Point

Modern und hochwertig eingerichtetes Zimmer / Appartement mit Sicht auf dem Atlantik, sehr sauber und gepflegt für einen oder mehrere Tage in Kapstadt. Leicht zu finden mit Parkplätzen vor dem Haus. Im zweiten Stockwerk, kein Aufzug.

Great views and good location

The views from the apartment are fabulous over the sea, we even watched seals playing. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Only a 15 minute walk to V A waterfront and underground garage for your car. The room does not have air conditioning but due to the security screen you can get a through breeze with the windows open or use the fan in warm weather. Just one point to note....your advert on expedia needs updating as there is no free breakfast and no charge for your wi fi,
