Perfect Choice

We really enjoyed our five nights here, large bedroom with a day bed plus very good bathroom, breakfasts are a feast, lots of choice on buffet breakfast plus a very good hot breakfast to follow.very convenient for many places of interest, a five minute drive into Stellenbosch which is a must visit in this area. Rosie is the perfect host from the moment you arrive, you really are a valued guest .

Great place to stay.

Great little hotel and Rosie was so accommodating and helpful. The pool may be more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool, but it was just the ticket after a long day of Wine tour and in boiling heat. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely beautiful guest house.

Location is a bit random as you have to uber to anywhere or drive, but it is a few minutes from the central town and the house itself is very sweet and very clean, the rooms are unique and comfortable - great beds! Lots of light. The balconies make it wonderful and peaceful. The breakfast was great! Delicious omelette and lovely continental fruit and breads display. We recommend!

Sehr sauberes Guesthouse an lauter Straße

Das Guesthouse befindet sich ca. 1,5km außerhalb des Zentrums von Stellenbosch. Sehr nettes Team, welches mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Leider liegt das Haus nahe der Strand Street (44) und man hört den Straßenverkehr ab 6Uhr morgens. Wir hatten das Zimmer "with the view". Der Pool ist nur eine größere Badewanne. Sunbeds mit neuen Auflagen. Sehr nah an der Golfplätzen Stellenbosch und De Zalze gelegen.

I enjoyed my stay, the hostess was professional and made every effort to guarantee an enjoyable stay. The house is tastefully decorated with antique furniture and has peaceful and fragrant garden. Secure parking is provided for guests. The room was quiet and very clean. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone.

Nice B&B in Stellenbosch

Rosie is an excellent host and caters to all your needs well. The room we had was beautiful with tasteful furniture which had obviously been carefully chosen. However we had booked a room with a shower and were given a room without one! Hence I cannot give a top rating. It's about a 20 minute walk to the town centre which is very nice and peaceful. The locals we passed all said hello which was a surprise but very welcome. Also there were no threatening people walking around as I have experienced in many parts of ZA. A nice stay for our first guest house.

Memorable stay. Incredibly comfortable with a luxurious feel to furnishings and fitments. Comfy bed with great quality bed linen, lovely small pool and garden area, fantastic staff, great Wifi everywhere and breakfasts to die for. Location good in quiet, residential area. Felt very safe. Caters exceptionally well for business and leisure client.

Nice but not what I thought we were getting

Our stay was pleasant - the room was a good size and had all mod cons. Unfortunately on week days the traffic notice begins at 6.30am. The property was also too far from the centre to walk. There is also a sister Baruch so make sure you are looking at the right one when booking.

Very nice and personal guest house

Very nice guest house, we felt very welcome by the friendly straff. The room was very personal and spacious and had everything we needed. The guest house also has a very nice garden. I would definitely recommend it to others. Hope to stay here if I come back!

Beautiful rooms and great service

Hotel was recently retrofitted, so it looks very new. Service is amazing. Quiet place, perfect to relax and at the same time well located near the city center. Price also very fair.
