讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Beautiful lodge with some flaws. Private pool could need a little update, phone in the room didn’t work, service did what they had to do but didn’t go above and beyond for what you would expect at a high price property like this. They asked about food restrictions and allergies like 5 times but then didn’t pass them on to the staff which meant we still got something with garlic for breakfast which was very unfortunate. Concept is good but the level of service and detail is not where it should be compared to other properties this level - but might also be a cultural thing.
