We had a very pleasant stay at the Marina views. The property manager is responsive and well spoken. The best part was the boat ride and the views you get to see there. We are very happy with our decision to stay there.

Tranquil beauty
What a lovely view with tranquility and lovely hosts, we were fortunate to be allowed a very early check in. Very clean too.
There's not a lot around (without a car) although a 10 min walk takes you to Franks coffee/bagel place which we enjoyed.
Take a peddle boat out on the water and look at the lovely houses backing onto the water.

The location on the water was very good and that is the most noteworthy thing about the accommodation. Everything looks much better in the pictures on Expedia than it actually is.
Unfortunately, both the room and the furniture are very worn. The towels were yellowed and had holes. The fabric covers on the chairs were stained and had burn holes.
In addition, the cleaning was superficial at best. In many corners there is dust from days long gone. It's a shame, it could be much better.
