One of the apartment's most outstanding features is the wraparound windows and glass sliding doors. Not only do they allow for ample natural lighting, but also ensure spectacular views guests can appreciate at any moment. The apartment features a full kitchen for easy self-catering, a 6-seater dining area, and a lounge complete with a flat-screen TV, WiFi and DSTV. A large balcony with a gas braai beckons guests to take in the fresh ocean air and famous Blouberg sunsets from their own private and elevated 6th-floor settings.
Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds, en-suite bathrooms, and sea views, while the third has two single beds and access to the shared bathroom featuring a bathtub.
Blouberg's shores and a selection of beachfront restaurants are just a walk away from this lovely apartment, located in a secure complex with basement and visitor parking. Blouberg is home to an array of attractions and some of Cape Town's most popular beaches. With its idyllic location as the entrance to the West Coast, visitors can easily explore the charming coastal towns and some of the best wine estates Cape Town has to offer.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
he Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 26 Beach Boulevard, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
