This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff here are OUTSTANDING (Tariq at concierge, Margaret at the front desk and Franck at Mint restaurant) They always go above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Second time here and already planning for our 3rd trip.
