「Very clean, new-looking apartment, well equipped. Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of city, though all major attractions are easily accessible by tram, bus or foot. 「We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

「We stayed in the Couper in their building on Via Della Croce and it was very central, just a minute walk around the corner from the Spanish Steps. The staff were very attentive and our room was spacious. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in places, but this didn't impact our stay. Everything was great including the air con! We would stay again.」
