「This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.」

「I come to Capitola often and this was my first stay here The apartment is so cozy and tucked away a couple blocks off the main streets so relatively quiet. The small kitchenette was well appointed for a short stay and had all the essentials. Foot traffic in the upstairs unit is quite loud (primarily due to hardwood floors) but I was otherwise to have respectful neighbors in regards to additional noise. Overall a very cute comfortable place to stay for an adult weekend getaway.」

「This is a lovely little cottage. One bedroom, very loved hide a bed in the living area. It’s clean and well appointed, and best of all they allow us to have our golden retriever stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Just a short little drive. Our dog got to run off leash at the beach, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Manual’s Mexican restaurant, The price was very reasonable. We hope to be back.」
