「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.」

「We had a lovely time! Got in late and checked in the room before our reservation at the restaurant that the concierge made for us. Pool was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was beautiful with a bay view. The area was fantastic, and the front desk had towels for us and we had great dinners from their recommendations. Room was quaint but the AC blew hard and was comfortable enough. Breakfasts were good, and the staff was very attentive. The bar makes a great aperitivo.」
