The apartments are located on the ground floor of a villa consisting of 4 units, perfectly furnished, with an outdoor garden equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and barbecue, private parking space. In a quiet position, sea view, independent entrance. Composed of kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed or sofa bed, one or more double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and tub. The complex is located at 300 meters. from the historic center of Capoliveri, reachable on foot with a pleasant walk. Close to all services and supermarkets. In the surroundings, between 1.5 and 2 km. the most beautiful beaches of Naregno, Capo perla, Calanova, Barabarca, Zuccale, Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata, Madonna delle Grazie, Lido di Capoliveri and Costa dei Gabbiani.

The villa is composed of various types of apartments:

1. APP. LUNA TWO-ROOM APARTMENT for 2/3 people: double bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette;

2. APP. STELLA APARTMENT for 2/4 people: double bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette;

3. APP. SOLE TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT for 2/4 people: double bedroom with double bed + bunk bed, bathroom, processing, lounge with kitchenette;

4. APP. ROSA DEI VENTI FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT for 6/8 people: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, living room, kitchen.

Sehr schöner Spontanurlaub

Das Appartment ist sehr gut gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5min im Ortszentrum. Trotz der Lage in der Nähe der Ringstraße um Capoliveri ist es sehr ruhig. Man bekommt von der Straße so gut wie nichts mit. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge.
