Antonio und Pina waren sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sie haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben, auch vor dem Urlaub schon. Die Kommunikation war problemlos, obwohl wir kein Italienisch sprechen. Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön mit 2 Klimageräten. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr fürsorglich und ein toller Empfang. Zur Begrüßung haben wir ein tollen Obstteller und eine Flasche Wein erhalten. Jede Woche frische Bettwäsche bekommen und ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Mille graziePina e Antonio per la vostra ospitalità.

We had a wonderful week visiting the south of the island. It’s well located to go to both coasts. Antonio was very helpful and took care of us in all situations. We even had a flat tire and he helped me find the right place to change it coming with me to the mechanic. Thanks for everything!

Owner Antonio was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a portable barbeque and beach chairs/parasol when he knew we were going to local beaches. Very nice residential area with private gated parking. Really nice house on upper floor of building. Owner lives on ground floor. Nice big living room/kitchen area and good sized bedrooms. A couple of minor quibbles. Air con is at top of stairs and not in the best position to keep living room or bedroom cool (although there was a very good big fan which we moved from room to room). Some of the photos show the back of the house (with the covered veranda) but this is not available to renters because the owner lives there. House is in really nice area but not really within short walking distance of anything so you have to have a car. If you have a car we would recommend exploring the beaches around Pula/Chia/Nora (30 minutes drive) which are much nicer than the local La Maddalena beach.

Parfait, le propriétaire est à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Il répond rapidement aux sollicitations et comme il vit sur place il fait le nécessaire pour y répondre au mieux. Il habite au RDC à l’arrière de la bâtisse mais lui et sa femme sont très discret. Vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule à l’intérieure du portails fermé.

Perfecta estancia en el apartamento de Antonio. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, limpieza excelente y muchas comodidades. Buena ubicación para llegas a las playas de Chia, Tuerreda y alrededores. Antonio y su mujer son unos excelentes anfitriones, nos ayudaron en todo, nos prepararon fruta a la llegada y nos respondieron todas nuestras dudas. Recomendable 100%. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

Un appartement bien situé entre Cagliari et les plages de Pula. Un hôte aussi agréable que serviable, sur place mais restant discret, et parlant français ! Bonne literie (grand lit de 160). Environnement calme. Nous avons peu utilisé la climatisation (le soir) malgré les plus de 30°.

Wir wurden, da das Flugzeug spät landete, sehr spät in Empfang genommen, was super klappte. Die Wohnung war tip top, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, wir haben prima geschlafen. Leider war der WLAN-Empfang nicht so toll, es hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vor allem auch, weil Antonio und Gina super nett sind.

Très bel appartement au 1 er étage et accès à un jardin privé. Les hôtes sont au rdc et ont leur jardin. Antonio et Pina sont adorables, discrets et plein de conseils. Séjour très agréable à 30 minutes des plages de Chia, magnifiques !
