「Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. Cave room do not have air-conditioning and bathroom exhaust is not good enough. And...

When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. 「The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area. As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep...
