Tolles großes Anwesen

Super Haus, sehr groß mit tollem großen Pool (wird regelmäßig gereinigt), super Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte. Alle Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß, ebenso die Wohnräume, Küche, Veranda. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur bzw. dem Vermieter war sehr gut und völlig problemlos. Aber es hat ohnehin nichts gefehlt und es gab eigentlich keine Notwendigkeit, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit einem tollen Ausblick, der Sonnenuntergang ist sehenswert. Die nächsten Geschäfte und Restaurants, auch der Bäcker sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auf den letzten paar Metern zum Haus ist übrigens eine gewisse Bodenfreiheit beim Auto von Vorteil, da ist es ein bisschen holprig. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Blick, sollte aber möglichst bald etwas renoviert werden

Sehr schönes Haus mit Schwimmbad und Tennisplatz. Sehr schöner und weiter Blick in Richtung Empoli und weitere Umgebung. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, lädt zum Radfahren ein, allerdings recht knackige Anstiege aufgrund der erhöhten Lage. Florenz ist gut zu erreichen. Bzgl. des Hauses war alles in Ordnung. Allerdings sollte bald in das Haus (Zimmer und Bäder), Wege und Schwimmbad etwas investiert werden um den Standard halten zu können. Die letzten 200 m Zufahrt zum Haus sind in schlechtem Zustand und das Internet ist etwas anfällig...

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette grande maison idéalement équipée Magnifique vue sur la vallée Petite méliorative à envisager concernant la piscine et l’utilisation des produits (eau un peu trop chlorée piquants les yeux Et irritation cut) Et prévoir de nouvelles raquette de tennis Merci pour ce beau séjour
