Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Jugendlichen eine erholsame Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Federica und Guiseppe haben uns am ersten Tag begrüsst und uns immer wieder mit guten Ideen und Restaurantvorschlägen weitergeholfen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht und auch der Pool wunderschön. Gut genutzt wurde auch die tolle Baumschaukel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Stunning location

As previous people have said, it’s hard to believe but the property and location really are even more lovely in reality than in the pictures. Loads of space and things to do (including games for the occasional rainy day indoors) and also wonderfully resourced in terms of crockery, cutlery and linen. Hosts incredibly friendly and welcoming and very quick to reply to questions in advance and during the stay. Even the weather was kind - not above 30 degrees despite being August and the breeze was a welcomed addition.

Wonderful stay and memories!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this beautiful Tuscan farmhouse. It is even better than the pictures! The hosts Federica and Giuseppe make sure you are well informed and give you personal attention to help you settle in. The property is in excellent condition and one of a kind. We had a great stay and enjoyed dining out using Federica's suggestions and also dining in using the well equipped kitchen and bbq. Thank you Federica and Giuseppe for these lifelong memories!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche im wunderschönen Haus von Giuseppe und Federica. Küche (komplette und schöne Utensilien) und Haus (Spiele, Infos) waren mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Der Pool und das ganze Gelände sind wunderbar angelegt. Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus möglich, die Umgebung kann mit dem Auto erforscht werden. Federica hatte wunderbare Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einsam gelegen, von Nachbarhaus bekommt man nichts mit. Durch die diversen Sportmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Tischkicker, Fußball und Volleyball) ideal für Familien. Durch die traumhafte und stille Lage auch perfekt für jemanden, der Ruhe sucht.

Idyllic stay

Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was für den alltäglichen Bedarf benötigt wird. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Poolbereich waren sehr sauber. Auch der Check in und Check out verliefen unkompliziert. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, sodass man auf jeden Fall aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Aber das war uns vorher bewusst und man kann in der Umgebung viele schöne kleinere Orte besuchen. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. What a great place to stay!

What a great place to have a holiday in Casale La Rosa dei Venti. Before we arrived allready received great information and what a warm welcome we got at the day of arrival. We stayed here for one week with an 8 year old, 4 year old and 2 year old but for all of them more than enough possibilities to enjoy (swing, football field, soccer table, ping pong etc) but offcourse also the great pool, its great garden and the lovely house itself! We enjoyed our holiday thanks to this place!! Thank you Federica and Giuseppe

Most beautiful spot in Italy!!!

I can’t even begin to describe our stay at Federica and Guiseppe’s wonderful house! It is even more beautiful than the pictures and wonderfully placed in the Tuscan hills. Everything was spotless clean and the garden so beautiful with flowers, fresh basil and plants. The pool was amazing and we spent full days here. Federica cooked us a homemade delicious Italian dinner that was to die for! She was so so kind and made our stay a memory we will always cherish. A huge thank you for having us.

Fantastic!

We enjoyed a wonderful week with two families - what a beautiful spot! The house is very well equipped including lots of games and sport activities for the kids on the premises (i.e. football court, table tennis, table football, very cool swing etc etc ) and of course a great pool. The view over the valley is magnificent. Contact with the owner Franseca was really good - so friendly! It is quite a drive to nearest shops but this did not bother us at all.

Even helemaal tot rust komen

We hebben al diverse vakanties in Italië achter de rug, altijd op zoek naar een rustig plekje in de prachtige Toscaanse heuvels om weer even helemaal op te laden en alleen aandacht te hebben voor elkaar als gezin... Dit is wel de meest prachtige woning die we hebben meegemaakt, alles klopt. Netjes, schoon, goed uitgerust. 's Ochtends genietend van het uitzicht met een kopje koffie. Volop waterpret met de kinderen in het prachtige schone zwembad, genietend van de bloemen en vlinders en de Toscaanse zon. En 's avonds weer voetbalcompetities houdend of gewoon lekker lui schommelen. Je voelt je al snel 'thuis' in deze mooie villa. Bedankt Federica en Guiseppe voor jullie gastvrijheid! We hebben weer een prachtige vakantiebeleving erbij.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die voll ausgestattete Küche, in der wir problemlos auch für sechs Personen kochen konnten. Darüber hinaus ist das Ferienhaus bestens auf Familien vorbereitet – es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Spielsachen und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder jeden Alters.Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight: sehr gepflegt, schön angelegt und fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne gelegen – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen und Spielen. Auch der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Überall entdeckt man kleine, traumhafte Ecken, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen.Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus rundum genossen – es war Erholung pur für die ganze Familie. Wer auf der Suche nach einem charmanten, familienfreundlichen und ruhigen Domizil in der Toskana ist, wird hier mehr als fündig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Natur

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder (12-14)) verbrachten zehn tolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus in traumhafter, ruhiger, abgelegener Lage. Man kann wunderbar entspannen, sich erholen und den wunderschönen Pool genießen. Um das Haus herum befindet sich ein großzügiger Garten mit Tischtennisplatte, Fußballplatz, Tischkicker. Vom Liegestuhl aus hat man einen umwerfenden Blick auf einen sensationelles Mohnfeld. Noch nie haben wir so viele Glühwürmchen gesehen. In der näheren Umgebung lohnen sich Ausflüge nach Arezzo, Perugia und weitere kleine, bezaubernde Städtchen-es gibt leckeres Essen in kleinen, regionalen Restaurants. Der Kontakt über unsere sehr nette Gastgeberin Federica war immer prompt und unkompliziert und Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbares Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist auch für größere Gruppen geeignet und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Ruhe und mitten in der Natur. Die Poolanlage sowie der liebevoll angelegte Garten rund um das Haus sind fantastisch. Tischtennis, Tischkicker und Volleyballfeld lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Mehrere Sitzbereiche im Außenbereich laden zum Verweilen ein und bieten immer die Möglichkeit, Sonne oder Schatten zu genießen. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Federica war sehr unkompliziert. Ihre Antworten kamen immer prompt, sie ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Stunning villa and location!

The villa itself is beautiful! A converted barn style property with thick stone walls. That coupled with the mountain location, means it is naturally cool. The photos of the villa really don't do it justice, as it is much bigger than it appears (including the pool!), but it also doesn't show the incredible vista that you are able to enjoy from the outside dining area and pool. If you are looking to get away from it all, then I can't recommend this villa enough. It is in the middle of nowhere, yet the nearest supermarket only 15mins drive away. Federica is a wonderful host and really wants you to have the best time possible. She was very responsive on WhatsApp to any questions and queries we had. It is like you are being welcomed into her family home, rather than just a holiday let. There were eight of us staying there as two families of 4 with teenage children. There is ample space for everyone to have quit time and plenty to entertain the children too. I'd recommend the home cooked meal that they offer too which was delicious. Overall I'd be happy to recommend this villa to family and friends and would definitely consider returning myself.

Ruhe und Entspannung in der Natur

Eigentlich sollte man ja für einen derartigen Geheimtip gar nicht so viel Werbung machen....aber auf Wunsch der sehr herzlichen Gastgeber wollen wir gerne unsere Erfahrungen teilen: Wir waren mit 3 Teenagern in einer der diesjährigen Hitzewochen in Caprese und haben eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt! Das Haus liegt komplett abseits, mit dem Auto sind aber hervorragende Restaurants (v.a. Il Cerro!) und auch Supermärkte problemlos in 10-15 min erreichbar. Die Ruhe am Morgen ist wie in den Bergen, herrlich! Der Pool muss selber immer wieder mal mit dem Netz gereinigt werden, blieb aber die ganze Woche trotz mehr als 35 Grad erfrischend! Wir haben ihn mitunter auch bis in die Nacht genutzt. Das Haus selber ist kein Luxusanwesen, sondern bodenständig (wie die ganze Region!). Wer also Chi-chi sucht, ist dort eher fehl am Platz. Alles ist bestens unterhalten, supersauber und praktisch. Tischtennis, Fussball usw., alles ist da, auch sehr gute Ventilatoren mit Nachtmodus (keine Klimaanlage, die wir aber auch nicht brauchten!). An verschiedensten schattigen Sitzplätzen kann gespielt oder gelesen werden. Jogging am Morgen war perfekt, da direkt die Wanderwege am Haus vorbeilaufen. Für kulturelle Unternehmungen eignen sich vor allem die Ortschaften in der Umgebung: Arezzo (super auch zum shoppen, was die Teenies freute!), Anghiari und Sansepolcro, alles innerhalb 20-50 min über etwas holprige Strassen teilweise durch Naturreservate erreichbar. Ehrlich gesagt blieben wir die meiste Zeit aber eher am Haus und lebten in den Tag....Für uns war es eine unvergessliche Woche! Auch dank Federica und Guiseppe, die für uns Restaurantbuchungen übernommen haben und uns bestens im Hintergrund per WhatsApp bei allen Fragen betreuten.

The Perfect Choice

I couldn’t believe my eyes when we arrived! This property was exactly as the pictures portrayed. It was all we had hoped for and lacked nothing! Not only is it lovingly and meticulously maintained by Federica and Giuseppe, both inside and the stunning grounds, but the warmth of the welcome we received from them was above and beyond. We drove from the UK, so did not arrive until 1am. Federica and members of her family were not concerned at all by this, and were at the property to greet us with warm smiles, handshakes, and genuine pleasure. It was heartwarming, after such a long drive. On entering the property we found a delicious cake, made for us by Federica, along with wine, free range eggs from her friend’s farm and bread and milk. We couldn’t have asked for more, and felt instantly at home. Federica gave us a guided tour of the house, and pointed out all we would need to know for our stay, including where to find the gas shut off point and the electricity trip switch box. The electric fans in the cupboard were a Godsend! Throughout our two weeks, Federica and Giuseppe left us to enjoy our holiday, but discretely ensured that the amazing pool was maintained and that all the pots and plants were watered. We received a linen and towel change mid-stay. The love they have put into this property is palpable! Despite their discretion, we were reassured by the fact that if we had a question, or a problem, they were there ready to help us - instantly! We had problems with our car air conditioning (a vital resource, considering it was 38 degrees!) and within minutes, Federica had found us a garage and made us an appointment. We really were so grateful! The views from this magnificent property are beautiful! Watching the sunset over the golden field was one of my favourite evening activities, and swinging on the garden swing, in the gentle night time breeze, listening to the soothing rattle of the cicada beetles was the perfect relaxation and a moment each night that I have bottled. The fresh cherries and apricots on the trees in the garden provided the perfect accompaniment to every breakfast, and the sense of being truly immersed in Italian culture was instant. It was a privilege to enjoy this magnificent property and to be hosted by such warm and welcoming people. The whole experience has been one of life’s treasured moments. We will remember both our holiday and the wonderful couple who hosted us with great fondness.

Toller Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder, waren 1 Woche Anfang Juni bei Federica und Giuseppe zu Gast in deren Ferienhaus. Die Lage war für uns perfekt - vollkommen abgelegen, total ruhig und mit tollem Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und Wiesen. So konnten die Kinder herumtollen ohne jemandem zu stören. Das Haus selbst und das Gelände drum herum entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Beides war sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Empfangen wurden wir von Federica, Giuseppe und einem Teil der Familie persönlich und überaus herzlich. Zudem gab es zur Ankunft ein Willkommenspaket mit allerlei Leckereien. Das Haus + Anwesen ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet mit Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker, Fußballplatz und tollem Pool viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, mit tollen Gastgebern und wunderschönem Ambiente. Grazie Federica und Giuseppe und hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder.

Excellence experience

We spend very nice time in this house. We stayed there with friends & children and it was very comfortable place for us. Everything was perfectly prepared and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a lot of facilities like balls, football pitch, table tennis, table football and games. House is beautiful located with amazing view. There is nice ground where our children was playing all days. Finally what we appreciate a lot - Federica was very helpful and always on duty during our stay. We felt save and calm. The best place to spend holiday. Thank you Federica! We were amazed.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ich und meine Familie verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Frederica, welche uns bereits bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen hat und uns mit einem kleinen Geschenkkorb willkommen hieß. Das Hause selbst, entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und der Beschreibung des Inserats. Vor allen dingen die grandiose Aussicht und der tolle Pool, laden dazu ein, auch mal einen ganzen Tag einfach nur im und am Haus zu verbringen. Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto nach Arezzo, Perugia oder Siena, sind durch die Zentrale Lage, ebenfalls gut zu machen. Wir haben unsere Woche hier auf jeden Fall sehr genossen!

Paradies in den Bergen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in den Bergen der Toskana , großer Garten, toller Pool, saubere Zimmer und alles da, was man braucht (Küche). Der Ausblick ist außerdem fabelhaft! Wir (9 Erwachsene) hatten einen erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und kommen gerne wieder! Die Kommunikation mit Federica war sehr einfach und angenehm :-) mille Grazie!!

Perfekt und gerne nochmal

Das Haus, die Lage, die Ausstattung rund um perfekt. Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Auf Grund der Hitze haben wir nur wenige Ausflüge gemacht aber wir (5 Kinder 5 Erwachsene) konnten super verweilen. Und haben uns auch 2mal bekochen lassen es war ein Genuss und nur zu empfehlen. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
