“The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”

“If you have limited time in Capri and you wish to go to the Blue Grotto and Monte Solaro Chairlift, please don't stay at this hotel as it is not closed to both attractions. After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient!
Renting a scooter in hotel cost €80per day, but other shops cost us €55 per day. Will u still rent in hotel?
The room is very clean, quiet and decorated, I can't sleep more better. However,……

“The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!!
The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~
Yet , the hotel is close to the amazing marina piccola beach !!! Top level in the world !!! Check it out !!!”
