“Our stay at Villa Brunella in Capri was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, the team impressed us with their attention to detail. They sent clear instructions on how to reach the hotel and explained all the services available. We used the luggage service from the ferry with our funicular tickets and had a lovely 10–15 minute stroll through Capri’s beautiful streets to reach the hotel. When we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff met us right away and personally walked us to our room……

"I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. "
