The apartment itself, which is very lovely, is inaccessible by taxi & a knowledge of the street layout in Capri is necessary to find it. 「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」

「It's a bit of an effort to get there because there's no vehicle access, but once there, it's amazing. The room was superb, well fitted out with everything you need. Our host was extremely helpful in every way. The breakfast out on the deck was top notch in everyway. Highly recommended.」
