Pool area was fantastic! Beautiful! Excellent amenities. Maintenance on home was very slack! Leak in ceiling has been going on for sometime, possible mold! Third day of stay septic tank backed up and flooded bottom floor!

Great house !

We really enjoyed our stay at Stayawhiles! The house was amazing! I wish we would have known that they had plenty of bench chairs, cooler and everything really you needed for the beach - as I would not have rented a thing and spent $260!! The kids loved loved the pool/slide and movie theater. Would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful setting for a family vacation!

This home was a wonderful base for our stay on Captiva island. We were a group of 9 adults so the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our group. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, as well as the stock of beach accessories that were used daily. We spent most afternoons by the pool, the slide was a hit, and the lanai made for a little amount of bugs and some sun protection. The games/media room was great for evenings after dinner! Unsung hero of the trip was the ice machine! It was a great home!

The hot tub could have been hotter. You had to select to heat the hot tub versus the pool, wish the heating systems were separate. The pool had to be fixed for us to control it. The first day or two had to be controlled remotely but it did get fixed on Monday. Big thanks!The property is really amazing & we definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The common areas were amazing as well.Wishes:1) Better description about the beach items in the garage. We didn't need to rent so much of beach chairs, etc.2) Lights on the outside stairs to the front door (at the base of the step), weren't lit. It would have been safer for our elderly moms if they had been.3) The vents in several of the bathrooms didn't work.4) Request for a throw carpet under the large dining table on the main floor. The chairs make a very large noise when they are moved.It really is a beautiful property, hope it can continue to be well maintained.

Family Time

The house is a 5 star. Property management responded quickly to our email on the shower door off track, pool light not working etc. However, the property management would state that the issue is forwarded to maintenance. Only issue visited was the shower door. We were told they would be back the next day to fix. Never came. Never heard from them. Customer service is the soul of a 5 start experience. Overall, the family had a great time. Just details were not addressed by maintenance or incomplete resolution.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our family vacation! The property was perfect for our needs. The family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location was just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation

This was the perfect house for a 3 generation get together. Not only was it comfortable but there was something for everyone to do. The short walk to the beach was an added plus. Hope to be back there in the future

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has great proximity to the beach. Very well appointed and comfortable. Any issues we had during stay (A/C, fridge, lightbulbs out) were quickly addressed and resolved.

Great location and space

The house is in a wonderful location and has plenty of room for 2 to 3 families. The highlights of the house are location, the pool, the screened-in side porch and the basement movie/game room. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the many beach towels provided with the house.

What an awesome house.

This house was great for a family vacation, plenty of room for Parents, Kids, & Grandkids . The house had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels for all of us and two wagons to transport items to and from the beach. I would recommend a good pressure washing of the pool area, fix the fan for the grill.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation house! The online pictures are very accurate and house is very well stocked. (From past experience at other rentals, I know to bring extra beach and kitchen towels.) We had a couple minor issues and the management team responded immediately. The only thing I would change is to have the deck area around the pool cleaned with a power washer and bleach.

Beautiful Luxury Home

This is a great house in a wonderful location. It is close to everything and has a ton of high end features. The property is well maintained but definitely had several things that didn't work properly like lighting and things that were broken and not fixed. Given the high cost of this property, it would be nice if lighting worked consistently and toilet seats weren't broken. Also, the rental company only provides one pool/beach towel per person. We felt like we were constantly having to wash or dry towels. When asked if they would provide more, they said no.

Great property!

We loved this property, great location. Screened in porches and pool great to avoid the bugs. Would have loved to know ahead of time about option to use golf cart but was not evident in listing when I booked. Overall great stay.

We loved this experience. The house was beautiful with plenty of space, conveniently located and had a wonderful screened in pool that everyone loved. Close proximity to the beach was a plus. We look forward to coming back next year.

Comfortable property

The property was good. We had older parents with us and the elevator was a must have. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a lower bed to get into so they were so happy. It’s got good spaces and was good for a group of family to stay. The beach is close. There were a few things not working and they took care of it ASAP.
