They didn’t pave paradise!
Everything was exactly as pictured…but way better! The home was pristine and the location was just set back enough from the beach that allowed for privacy and serenity - and you can literally step off the stairs of the house and step onto your private path to the beach, and in 30 seconds you can be in the water!
The island was exactly what we hoped for, low key, no blacktop (golf carts only), no motors and quiet hours that allow someone to completely unwind and relax.
We had our food delivered (thank you Fresh Pick!) and everything was set up and ready for enjoyment from the moment we arrived; the ferry service and other recommendations were easy and made the trip seamless from the airport.
We also booked a fishing excursion early in the week and caught enough to have fresh fish every night using the grill to make homemade meals and never really needing to leave the delightful home. Again, this house was stacked with all the amenities, you don’t have to leave and we didn’t want to - and
We selfishly did not want to leave this review as this house is a hidden gem within a hidden gem - and we wanted to keep it all to ourselves! We can’t stress enough how wonderful this community has come together to work through their hurricane hardships. It really does take a village, and we plan to come back to Paradise often in the future!
