Sleeping arrangements span three levels for maximum flexibility. The main level includes a king bedroom with a private porch and en-suite bathroom. The upper level offers two bedrooms with private bathrooms: a king bedroom opening to a sweeping Bay-view porch, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds, complete with a separate shower and bathtub. The lower level provides two additional bedrooms, a living area with a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette. One king bedroom features a custom-tiled bathroom with dual sinks, while the second bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and shares the lower-level bathroom. Doors from the lower-level living area open directly to the pool patio, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.
Outside, the caged heated saltwater pool and adjoining hot tub comfortably accommodate eight guests, while the top-level rooftop deck offers expansive seating and panoramic views, perfect for stargazing or enjoying the Bay breeze.
