Beach Villa 2117: Beachfront Luxury on Captiva

"My husband and I loved our stay. Beautiful property, everything was clean and comfy. Only suggestion is they would supply more Toilet paper. lol They give you two rolls in the bathroom. Unfortunately, they are very small rolls. Other than that. Nice quiet place to stay. The beach was privet and not over crowded. It was nice to just walk right on and not try to find parking."

"Very nice place overlooking the gulf. the new berm on the beach impeded some of the views of the waves breaking on the shore. Also, first floor description I literally thought I would have been able to walk right out of the lanai to the beach... my error on being from up north not realizing first floors in Florida are up one level. glad there was a elevator because I had someone in my party with wheelchair. Overall great place for a quit respite!"

"This is my girlfriend and I’s second visit, we were drawn to the quiet area and seclusion last year from everyday life and decided to rebook. Island life… Rooms are on the older side but the resort does what they can to maintain as best as possible. Private own resorts should be supported as much as possible IMO. This is a place for people who don’t want to be around many people but still wanna enjoy themselves."

"We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The beachfront location is beautiful, and the water park was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist when needed. That said, there were a few areas that could use improvement. One of the biggest drawbacks was that most of the resort activities, shops, and amenities seemed to shut down around 5:00–6:00 PM. After that, there wasn’t much to do besides spend time on the beach, which made the evenings feel a bit limited. The dining experience was also somewhat underwhelming. While there were a couple of restaurants on-site, the food was just average and the service was inconsistent at times. More dining options and a stronger focus on hospitality would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we had a decent stay and enjoyed the beach, water park, and helpful staff. With more evening entertainment, expanded dining choices, and improved restaurant service, this resort could offer a much more memorable experience."

"Host was amazing - very responsive and cared about our stay. Property was amazing with the exception of a few minor things - coffee grinder was missing , wash cloths and small hand towels missing in master bath, golf carts had not been cleaned out and were full of sand, We had 10 people and enjoyed the spacious floor plan on the upper level. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Mattresses were too soft for some but that is a personal preference. Screened in swimming pool partially shaded was a plus. Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrella were available which was great. The gas grill was a little small for our group but it was still fully functional. Would recommend and would consider staying again."

"Overall great stay. Property comes with limited toiletries so recommend bringing your own. Had some issues with the washer and the upstairs bathrooms. The pool and the hot tub were great."
