Nestled on the south-east shore of magnificent Cayo Costa Island, this property is the ideal location for beachgoers, fishing and recreational water activities. Named one of Florida’s “Best Beaches,” Cayo Costa is a true slice of paradise. Cayo Costa is also known as one of the “Best Shelling Destinations” in the world. The home is completely off-grid however it has the been equipped with the latest in solar technology, not an issue! Rooftop observation deck under renovation and not usable. We can organize arrival\departure boat transportation ask about details. Unfortunately, we cannot have boats on our dock because of unpredictable weather conditions.
