Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Bay by IHG
The breakfast plates were dirty. Saw this on another review also, so think they should look into it. The location is between the city center and the Bay. Can walk to either. It is a revitalizing area. They are building a stadium nearby, but there are also industrial areas nearby. Overall, good location. ...

The Angel Hotel
Location and staff were excellent. Enjoyed breakfast. There was a leak in the roof which they were busily repairing after a rainstorm the previous night.
