Stayed here for the Breeders Cup Horse Races… perfect spot… close to everything, the view is amazing… can’t say enough good things about the place!! Oh yeah, one more thing, Gina the host is awesome!!

Amazing ocean views with a view of the sunset that is unmatched

Overall, we had a great stay and loved that the home came with everything we could possibly need. The host’s communication was great. The advantages of the home far exceed any con, and we would definitely stay here again. Pros: -Location-directly across from the beach allowing for amazing views all day, walkable to tons of shops, grocery store and restaurants-The home came with any and everything you can possibly need and imagine for a home away from home-Ample towels and linens were provided, as well as toiletries -Nice beach decor-Front yard was a great entertainment area with cornhole, tables, sunset facing chairs, turfCons:-Train can be heard throughout the day when the windows were open (but not horribly loud)-Bathrooms are in need of an updating (fans weren’t working well for ventilation and the drainage wasn’t the best)-Washer is a bit older and had mold/smell

Beautifully decorated home with ocean view

We rented both units of this two-unit property. Both levels have the same floorpan and the kitchens are very well stocked. They have slow cookers, blenders, lots of pans and pots, and cooking supplies. The view from the top level is stunning and both levels have patio tables. We ate outside every night and enjoyed the views. In the garage, there are bikes, boogie boards and sand toys. The house is super clean and well decorated and also has AC. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property for a family gathering.
