Step into a world of effortless elegance, where a sun-drenched backyard invites you to unwind beside a shimmering heated pool and spa, the ultimate haven for relaxation. As evening falls, two magical fire pits with plush seating set the scene for cozy nights beneath the stars, while a lush courtyard adorned with twinkling string lights offers a tranquil escape. Whether you're indulging in al fresco dining in the courtyard, enjoying a meal poolside, or gathering in the spacious dining area beside the stunning kitchen, every moment feels effortlessly special. A charming breakfast nook welcomes peaceful mornings, while an abundance of stylish lounge spaces provide endless opportunities to curl up with a book or enjoy time with loved ones. Every inch of this La Jolla gem is thoughtfully designed for comfort, beauty, and the ultimate coastal getaway.
This home does NOT allow children between the ages of 0-3 years under any circumstances. Any guests over the age of 3 are required to know how to swim, including adults. If these conditions cannot be met, we invite you to browse through our inventory for alternative accommodations that do not have a pool.

- Second Bedroom – Features a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bath, wardrobe closet, and courtyard access.
- Third Bedroom Offers a queen bed, smart TV, ensuite bath, and access to the side patio with a fire pit.
- Fourth Bedroom – Designed for comfort, this room features two sets of bunk beds (four twin beds), a wooden desk with a chair, and an ensuite bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway.

HOUSE RULES
- MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 10
- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced.
- THIS HOME IS NOT PET FRIENDLY.
- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7. The cameras are all around the front side of the home.
- The indoor fireplace & piano are not for use.
- The pool is not enclosed by a fence and is heated to 80 degrees. The temperature cannot be adjusted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
