「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

「We stayed in the 3 bedroom luxury apartment for 1 night with my husband and children and 1 night wasnt long enough! What a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting. We most certainly will be staying again and will be recommending to our friends and family. Little treasure by the sea.」

「What a gem of a small, cosy hotel! I booked a small double, but we were upgraded to a suite with a sea view, as it was my daughters birthday. Beautifully clean, with white fluffy towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and a fridge!
The staff go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable....very friendly, helpful, kind and very generous. My daughter was provided with a birthday cake, which i asked for their help for shopping for one as a surprise for my daughter.....they didn't even...

「The room was fantastic, spacious with every detail considered. The bed was very comfortable and huge! The bathroom had a separate bath and shower with double sinks. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely worth a visit! I forgot to mention the food, that was delicious too!」
