"Received a warm welcome when we arrived and were directed to our room. We stayed in one of the Suites which are in a separate building from the pub, with outside steps leading down to the pub. The car can be taken up a steep slope where there is dedicated parking for each Suite room. We enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast each morning, which was consistently delicious for the 3 days of our stay. Pre-booking is advisable for evening meals, and these were always lovely.
Our Suite room was huge with a sofa (can be turned into a bed and would be ideal for a family) chair, dressing table, plenty of storage space, drawers and hanging. Lots of plug sockets. TV, tea and coffee making plus a fridge. It was cool weather during our stay and the bathroom had a heated floor which was welcome. Large walk in shower plus separate bath. Lots of windows so the place is bright and airy. Balcony with table and chairs with wonderful views overlooking the Estuary. Comfortable bed."
